Earl’s Broadway and West End credits include Prime Minister in the World wide première of Mandela (Young Vic); the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s and Cameron Mackintosh’s original The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s Theatre); Dubdhara in Schönberg and Boublils' The Pirate Queen (London Coliseum); Inspector Javert in Cameron Mackintosh’s productions of Les Misérables and Les Misérables 25th Anniversary Production (Imperial Theater Broadway, Barbican and Queens Theatre); Bishop of Digne and Bamatabois in the 2019 Les Misérables Stage Concert (Gielgud and Solheim Theatre) and Bishop of Digne Les Misérables World Tour; Lionel Solomon in The Dreamers (Abbey Road); Father in the award winning production, Ragtime (Charing Cross Theatre); Ed Parsley in the original cast and Daryl van Horne in The Witches of Eastwick (Drury Lane and Prince of Wales) and the Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Dominion Theatre).

On the concert platform he has worked alongside Colm Wilkinson in Broadway and Beyond and for MSDT Song and Dance of Broadway , both in Japan; the Auctioneer in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s and Cameron Mackintosh’s 25th Anniversary Concert of The Phantom of the Opera (Royal Albert Hall); the Bishop in Cameron Mackintosh's Les Misérables 25th Anniversary Concert (02 Arena); the BBC Concert Orchestra (Friday Night is Music Night ); the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (Three Phantoms , Les Misérables in Concert,Some Enchanted Evening andChess in Concert); Disney 100 The Concert (UK Arena tour); the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic (ThreePhantoms , A Musical Night of Queen and Christmassy Wonderland) as well as the 50th anniversary celebrations for the Royal Shakespeare Company (Stratford-upon-Avon). More recently, performer and General Manager on The Reunion in Beijing, Shenzhen, Milan, Tokyo, Yokohama, Trieste, Taipei & Shanghai. 


Earl has participated in various workshops such The Railway Children for Mayflower and Thom Sutherland;  Paradise Square in Toronto and James Bourne and Steven Sater's Murder At The Gates .

On the concert platform he has worked alongside the likes of Colm Wilkinson in Broadway and Beyond and for MSDT Song and Dance of Broadway, both in Japan; the BBC Concert Orchestra on Friday Night is Music Night; Voices of the West End at Broadlands Estate and Bywell Hall; Les Misérables in Concert, Some Enchanted Evening and Chess in Concert with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra; Three Phantoms, A Musical Night of Queen and Christmassy Wonderland with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and more recently, a Royal Performance of Musicals from the Heart at Mayflower Theatre. 

An invited soloist on the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Royal Shakespeare Company (Stratford-upon-Avon). The Auctioneer in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s and Cameron Mackintosh’s 25th Anniversary Concert of The Phantom of the Opera (Royal Albert Hall) and the Bishop of Digne in Cameron Mackintosh's Les Misérables 25th Anniversary Concert (02 Arena) and Bishop of Digne and Bamatabois in the 2019/20 and '21 Les Misérables Stage Concert (Gielgud Theatre and Sondheim Theatre).
